A new RPG from a UK company, Crimson Empire is set in the lands of Thargos similar in feel to Europe in the Middle Ages. A great empire once spanned the lands, trade, exploration and discovery were widespread, a rich pantheon of gods was worshipped, a golden age for the people of Thargos.

Then the apocalypse came… the seas rose and devoured the lands, mountain ranges fell, while lava and great poisonous clouds spewed from the cracks in the earth. Now the empire is no more, the old gods have fallen silent and the only divine powers are the elements that brought it low. The world is split between these elemental cults and the last vestiges of the empire in the north, that seek to rebuild its former glory.
